Synopsis:

There is No Tiger in the Mountain is a multi-sited exhibition that shares the findings and artistic responses of CoHabit, an arts-based research project by Drama Box's Project 12 team, in collaboration with Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

This project brings villagers of Pulau Ubin, artists, primate experts, and everyday Singaporeans together to explore human-macaque co-existence. Through a combination of artistic interventions, curated research content, and site-based audio accessible on personal devices, the exhibition invites visitors to become "macaque spotters"- to observe, reflect, and learn about the practices of co-existence between humans and the wildlife around them.

This research project is supported by the Future-Ready Society Knowledge Partnership, organised by the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities, Singapore University of Technology and Design and supported by Tote Board.

Please note that smartphone and earphones are required to download and access site-based audio content and it's recommended to bring cash, as digital payments may not always be accepted.
