Synopsis:

This exhibition takes reflection both as its theme and as its process, revealing how three Korean artists, Je Mi Young, Lim Su bin, Moon Soo Man explore the dialogue between perception and inner contemplation. The works on view range from lyrical paintings to conceptual pieces that investigate the texture of memory, identity, and lived experience. By placing materiality and metaphor side by side, Reflection underscores that perception is never neutral or passive but is constantly shaped by our histories and desires.

The exhibition also foregrounds the role of the viewer, transforming the gallery into a space for contemplation and response. Some works summon the past, others pose questions about the present, or invite the imagination of possible futures. In this way, Reflection becomes an active encounter, inviting visitors to pause and look more deeply.

Ultimately, the exhibition does not seek a single conclusion but embraces the multiple interpretations that reflection can generate. Each work becomes a lens that refracts meaning, a passageway to a new perspective. By gathering these works together, Reflection proposes that art is not merely about "seeing" but about a process of understanding ourselves and one another.
