Synopsis:

In a fictional world where women born in the Year of the Tiger are killed for the belief that they are bringers of bad luck, a band of women secretly resist their fate, surviving on a hidden island. In this ferocious new graphic novel, the struggle to find one's path in life collides with challenges against a menacingly misogynistic and dystopian world that bears an eerie resemblance to our own.

Sink deeper into the claws of Tiger Girls as co-creators Felicia Low-Jimenez and Claire Low speak about the story's journey from prose to comics, and how they turned an age-old Chinese myth on its head to raise urgent questions about gender and patriarchy. Their chat will be moderated by the fiercely incredible fantasy and horror author, Wen-yi Lee (The Dark We Know, When They Burned The Butterfly).

Join us and get your books signed, win some merch in a Tiger Girls-themed quiz, and carve out your "girl rage" moments onto a collaborative poster—for whenever you've screamed in the face of patriarchal clownery!
