Synopsis:

What do the National Symbols mean to you? Share your thoughts with us!

The arts and design community have used our Symbols in a myriad of creative ways to express our national identity and invoke a sense of belonging to Singapore.

Join us for a dynamic discussion with fellow creatives on how we can allow for greater flexibility in the use of our Symbols in the arts and design spheres, while ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.

Your views will help to improve legislation, guidelines, and educational efforts surrounding our National Symbols!

This session is open to artists and designers who 1) may have used the Symbols in their work; 2) have an interest in how we can allow for greater flexibility in the rules governing the use of the Symbols in our arts and design spheres, and/or 3) are genuinely interested to learn more about our Symbols and contribute to the discussion!

Date: 18th June 2021 (Fri)
Time: 5.00pm - 7.00pm
(The session will be held virtually via Zoom)
