Join Beng Tang from All Things Bukit Brown in his sharing about the fighting which took place on Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year, 14-15 February 1942, between elements of the battle-hardened Japanese 5th division and the part-time soldiers of the British 18th division, at Sime Road Golf Course, Bukit Brown Cemetery, and Mount Pleasant estate.
