Synopsis:

Projection mapping is a fun visual technique that creates depth in the surfaces of objects and buildings to bring them to life. Learn the basics behind projection mapping installations, prepare your own surface using materials provided by the instructor, make your own visuals (or use ones provided), and with the provided projectors, learn how to map these visuals onto surfaces using TouchDesigner.

About your instructor:

Jo is a new media artist with a background in architecture working with digital technologies, such as AR, VR, 360 film, full-dome projections, and multi-sensory installations. Her recent work with machine learning questions the role of creative intent in man-machine collaborations and the meaning of being human in the face of increasing automation.
