Experience a 45-minute meditative sound journey with ancient singing bowls with the team from Shima Healing. Listen and relax into the sound and silence between each vibration. Experience the uplifting yet grounding sensations of the multi-layered harmonics which will elevate one towards a state of clarity and bliss.

Recommended for ages 10 and above.
Please note that this is a floor seating event with limited chairs.
Do come in comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear.

About Shima Healing Institute Bio
"Shima" means "island" in Japanese, "love" in Sanskrit and "mother" in Navajo, Native American. The Shima Healing Institute is a training centre of traditional healing arts on the beautiful and enchanting island of Koh Yao Noi, between Phuket and Krabi, Thailand. The instruction at Shima Healing is focused on imparting unadulterated ancient practices, and empowering students to cultivate and embody the true essence of healing. Shima Healing has been part of many festivals and has performed in the region in festivals such as Festival du Feminine (2017, 2018, 2019), Universe of Sound Festival (2018) and A Tapestry of Sacred Music (2017, 2019).
