Synopsis:
What will you do as witness, participant, individual, citizen? Artist and writer Jason Wee's intense, theatrical performance-installation asks viewers to consider this question in the face of political/democratic instability across the world.
Be confronted by an open fire of voices colliding in new contemporary choral music and an original poetic libretto, surrounded by an immersive set inside the W!LD RICE theatre at Funan.
The two performances at 7pm and 9pm are distinct and complementary. Viewers are encouraged to register for both. Between performances, the W!LD RICE bar will be open and the artist will be present to mingle and converse on the artwork.
