Creative Futures Survey
In our quest to connect creative talents with creative opportunities, Nüwa Jobs has embarked on a journey of research to find out what those in the arts, culture and design industry have to say about the future of work and the importance of creativity.
"We want to understand what motivates creatives; what inspires them, what skills do they value in themselves, and when they dream big, what do they dream about", Elaine Friedlander, Nuwa Jobs Co-Founder. "We are also consulting employers who offer creative roles to understand how they attract, nurture and retain creative talent".
Nuwa Jobs will be collating the results of the survey and sharing key insights on the Nuwa Jobs portal in 2020.
We are asking for everyone's participation - from fresh talent to industry veterans. There are two surveys; We are asking individuals 'What Shapes Creativity in South East Asia?'; and Employers 'What Shapes the Future of Work in the Creative Industries?'
