Synopsis:
The session will provide an overview of the work of the Modern Masters while examining the main periods of their careers, concentrating on how they were influenced by other great artists of the past, and explaining how the major developments that defined Picasso's and Matisse's work have found a lasting place in Art History.
A Matisse/Picasso documentary will conclude the session showing the work of the two great masters, their friendship, their rivalry and their mutual inspiration.
