Distinguished pianist Albert Tiu returns to the stage with the BHSO, presenting 3 major works by Romantic powerhouses Liszt, Wagner, and Brahms.
In this crowd-favourite symphonic masterworks concert, the Singapore-based musician will perform the 2nd piano concertos of Johannes Brahms and Franz Liszt, both of whom spearheaded the development of music in the late 19th Century. In addition, the orchestra will present the overture to the opera "Tannhauser", by German composer Richard Wagner.
Albert Tiu's last memorable performance with BHSO was in 2016, where he performed Brahms Piano Concerto No. 1. He received a roaring applause and a marvellous review. This time, he will present yet another astounding concert with BHSO.
