Inspired by the stories of missing people featured in Iranian newspapers, Missing is a documentary that presents perspectives of understanding missing persons as individuals.

Through a wide spectrum of archival materials that include photographs, home movies, objects, police reports and testimonies of relatives, this film offers some answers to the question of how those who are absent continue to have a presence.
