This two and a half hour class aims to increase strength, agility, and endurance in participants – using techniques from traditional Eastern martial arts and dance forms like Bharathanatyam, Odissi, Wayang Wong, Kalaripayattu, Chhau, and more. The focus will be on physical, mental, and psychological flexibility and power, to heighten the participant's technique and performance.
