Synopsis:
Foreground is a new platform by Soul Signature, created for young driven dance artists to come forward and be encouraged to create new works, perform, and explore the possibilities of a professional production under mentorship of Soul Signature's artists.
This year's edition of Foreground will be including a work that was presented internationally, named Decipher, which was performed by Sufri Juwahir and Sheriden Newman and claimed 3 awards at the 31st International Competition of Choreography, Hannover, Germany (2017).
The choreographers for Foreground 2018 are:
- Sheriden Newman (Soul Signature)
- Charlene Clyde Judith, Luo Chendi, Sammi Seet, Stephanie Yoong (NAFA Dance)
- Syaril Amri (Forze Crew)
- Sufri Juwahir (Soul Signature)
