A Tale of Two Cities is a musical bridge that encapsulates this relationship, presenting works by renowned Spanish composers such as Albéniz, Guridi and Moreno Torroba perfectly match the haunting melodies by Singaporeans Low Shao Ying and Low Shao Suan.
