*Due to the nature of the Series, priority registration will be given to aspiring arts managers under the age of 30.*

Synopsis:

How does a National Arts Centre create multiple points of access for youths from different backgrounds to encounter, experience and/or work in the arts?

Join Yvonne Tham, CEO-Designate of The Esplanade, as she shares insights on how youth engagement is a core element of leading Singapore's national arts centre through changing conditions and challenges. This session aims to give a glimpse into the intricacies of youth engagement, from creating touchpoints for arts experiences, to crafting varied pathways to nurture artistic talent, and putting in place building-blocks for creative learning opportunities.

To encourage free and frank exchange, this session will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
