Nam Hwa Opera Limited returns with Nam Hwa Blazes!
A free outreach performance organised quarterly by Singaporean Teochew Opera company Nam Hwa Opera (NHO), Nam Hwa Blazes will feature an afternoon of classical Teochew Opera performances. The event runs on Sunday 7 January 2018, 2pm at Aliwal Arts Centre Multi-Purpose Hall.
Nam Hwa Blazes is a platform for NHO members to share their passion and love for the traditional artform with not just fellow enthusiasts, but also those new to the art form. Now in its eighth edition, Nam Hwa Blaze has featured more than 100 performers of Teochew Opera since its inception in 2016.
Nam Hwa Blazes is a perfect opportunity for people from all walks of life and ages to enjoy and learn more about the traditional arts.
