Synopsis:
Night Lights has been a key programming component of the annual Singapore Night Festival since 2010.
This Open Call invites Singaporean and Permanent Resident artists to submit a concept for the installation of public light artworks within BrasBasah.Bugis as part of Night Lights 2018.
The proposed artwork should draw inspiration from the creative direction of the Singapore Night Festival 2018 as well as transform the urban spaces in BrasBasah.Bugis precinct.
