Synopsis:

You Can Reach The Sky is an interactive, engaging and multi-sensorial theatre performance specially catered for young audiences between the ages of 2 months – 18 months, or pre-walking babies. It follows the journey of a protagonist - the dandelion or in Japanese, the Tampopo, and its desire and curiosity to reach the sky. Thus far, there hasn't been any theatre work by a Singaporean collective that is created specially with babies in mind. You Can Reach The Sky is a project that we hope can fill this gap.

As this is pretty new territory for the local audience (and for us), we planned for You Can Reach The Sky to be a multi-phase process. This is because we find it essential to create, test, revisit and revise the work; and the cycle repeats. We started the creation process in August 2017 and we are about to embark on our next 2 phases in November and December 2017.

For November, we have a few test-sessions lined up and I'd like to invite you to come join us! We are holding these sessions at The Artground. The Artground is a new space for children 12 years and under to play, explore and imagine. It is located within Goodman Arts Centre (90 Goodman Road), ample space for parking, stroller parking, as well as a nursing area if you need!

We warmly welcome our little baby audiences and their carers/parents to You Can Reach The Sky Entrance is free but registration would be appreciated!
