Synopsis:

A bolt of light. A look in someone's eyes. The sadness in a smile. A quick flash of understanding or of insight. That's the rationale behind calling this little literary form that delivers a big punch, "flash". Instant, immediate takeaway in a matter of minutes. A whole universe in a single page or two. That is the magic of the very short story -- which can range from 1000 words down to 500... down to 250...and even six words!

Join Noelle Q. de Jesus, author of Blood Collected Stories, and pioneer of the flash fiction anthology series Fast Food Fiction Short Short Stories To Go and Fast Food Fiction Delivery in the Philippines, as she reads her favorite pieces of flash fiction from writers all over the world, discussing what makes a good piece of flash fiction, and what makes a great piece of flash fiction.
