Synopsis:

Tanjong Goodman is back with its boldest edition yet! Come enjoy an all-day artmaking experience with over 30 different programmes led by Goodman's resident artists, from storytellers to painters, dancers to theatre practitioners!

Block O
Constructed out of former shipping containers, the Greenfield Modular Studios (better known as Block O) will see some of Goodman's resident artists open their studios for an artmaking extravaganza filled with back-to-back workshops and performances galore. Visitors will get to explore the use of a variety of mediums ranging from alginate, batik, charcoal to chalk!

Performances
From a little dose of Shakespeare to discovering the world of puppetry and Chinese opera, the stage is all set for a fun-filled lineup of performances for visitors of all ages! The exciting lineup includes Storytelling Centre Ltd., Traditional Arts Centre (Singapore), Paper Monkey Theatre and the cast from Little Shakespeare.

Workshops
Get down and arty with the wide array of craft-based workshops that introduces you to fun and interesting ways to create your very own work of art. Highlights include personalised watercolour workshops, a chance to cast your own hand in alginate, and even a still-life drawing workshop led by the artist themselves!

Open Studios
Step into the wonderful world of some of Singapore's most intriguing visual artists as they open up their working spaces for you to explore! Questions are more than welcomed. Featuring Iskander Walen, Studio-D, Leonard Wee, FREE SPACE, Sean Yeo and WOWWOWWOW.

Community Activation / Open-Space Activities
Paint, sketch, and colour away with friends, all while doing your part in creating a community batik masterpiece, a chalk meets charcoal installation, or even your very own Traditional Chinese Opera mask!

Block M
Get ready to dance the day away as you step into the studios of some of Singapore's most reputed Dance companies! Come learn about the art of movement through participatory workshops and performances put together by T.H.E Dance Company, Apsaras Arts, Sriwana, Dance Nucleus, and Frontier Danceland. Those with two left feet are more than welcome!

Theatre lovers can also head on up to check our a series of workshops by the Young People's Performing Arts Ensemble.

The Artground
Come join us as we celebrate the opening of The Artground, Singapore's newest children's play centre that will play host to a wide array of interactive exhibitions, performances, and unique artistic experiences for young audiences!

Everyone's favourite Tanjong Goodman Weekend Market makes its return, with over 30 different stalls providing the best selection of artisanal food and crafts for all to enjoy.

Open Studio Guided Tour
1pm - 4pm (departs at hourly intervals) | Registration opens 30mins beforehand on a first-come-first-served basis

Get up close and personal with artists inside their working studios, and find out about their works from the artists themselves! We'll be heading in to visit Melissa Tan, Justin Lee, Robert Zhao, Leo Liu, Iskander Walen, RAW Moves, Studio-D!
