Synopsis:

Located at the heart of the Waterloo Street Arts Belt, Practice Tuckshop is a collaborative creative playground for all. It is also a community space for friends, families and creatives to gather over a cup of tea, cosy up with a selection of books by celebrated playwrights about Singapore arts, discover something new with our series of curated programs or just drop by to lepak. All are welcome!

Practice Tuckshop aims to be a creative playground that brings the process of playing front and centre. It hopes to get people talking with our series of programs that marry food and, or drinks, with stories. Every quarter, Tuckshop will curate exciting exchanges and dialogues around a singular vision. We hope to bring people together as we blur the distinction between art and life through participatory art installations, dialogues, works-in-progress and more!

This May – June, it is the time to start talking about some things we do not usually talk about. Everyone knows that the most important conversations often take place in the kitchen. Question everything and get provocative with us this quarter in the Space of Taboos.
