Synopsis:

[SLOTS ARE FULL. OPEN CALL IS CLOSED.]

How To Be Happy is an original play written by Syafiqah Nabilah, where Rachel tries to find different ways to be happy. Tackling mental health issues in Singapore, we want to explore and deepen this conversation, one which many are afraid to talk about.

UNSAID is excited to embark on this new theatrical journey as part of the M1 Peer Pleasure Youth Theatre Festival's triple bill. Rehearsals will minimally be twice a week from May to July, where all cast members must be present, and the festival is from 1st to 4th August 2017, held at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay!

We are looking for these characters:
- Rachel, 17-25
- Best friend, 17-25
- Boyfriend, 17-25
- Mother, 30-40
- Father, 30-40

If you want to be part of this exciting process, please email your CVs and clear headshots to hello@unsaid.sg, where more details will be given. And FYI, this is a paid job!

If you're interested in helping out in other ways, such as stage managing or production assisting, please do drop us an email as well and we can definitely explore some options.
