Synopsis:

Featuring esteemed speakers such as Tricia Walton (Carclew), Felix Ng (Anonymous), Pat Law (GOODSTUPH), Takuya Takei (teamLab) and Kok Heng Leun (Drama Box), who will share their ideas on developing audiences, building and sustaining online communities, making a small budget count and more. Noise Singapore will bring together art managers, educators, programmers and organisations working with youth in the arts at the Noise Interchange.
