Synopsis:
Symphonie De Republique is back! This time, our new 1st Runner-ups from the Singapore International Band Festival 2016, Republic Polytechnic Wind Symphony will introduce you the different types of pieces ranging from classical pieces originating from Europe, to American pieces that are more modernised, and finally, ending the show with pieces from Asia. The concert features pieces from composers such as Gustav Holst, James Barnes, Satoshi Yagisawa and more. Tapping on what Stevie Wonders said: "Music is a world within itself, it is a language we all understand", Wind Symphony promises to help you better understand the music represented in different regions of the world along with the different emotions that arouse throughout the concert.
