At the Yellow Ribbon Community Arts Festival 2025, artworks by inmates and ex-offenders reveal untold stories and aspirations.

Themed "We Are Each Other's Second Chances", the festival features 60 artworks by inmates and ex-offenders at One Holland Village from 2 to 6 August, in celebration of SG60. Experience their journeys through immersive videos and installations, as well as wearables inspired by their creations. Reflect on the meaning of second chances at the Mirror Installation and share your thoughts by tagging @yellowribbonsg. You might receive a special token.

The Yellow Ribbon Roving Arts Truck will also tour Singapore, bringing our exhibition to shopping malls, community spaces and national attractions. It starts at Discover Tanjong Pagar on 2 and 3 August. Enjoy live performances, workshops, and interactive art installations, including a chess-themed puzzle challenge.
