Synopsis:

Serangoon CACC is organising a Koi Garden Art Workshop. Together with a team of artists, we will be creating an art installation for Serangoon to be displayed at the Aljunied GRC & Hougang SMC Mid-Autumn Celebrations and PassionArts Festival 2023.

Come join us to create, paint, and be part of this wonderful Koi Garden.
