Synopsis:

This year marks an exciting milestone in artcommune gallery's 17-year journey of championing Singapore's finest artists. As we extend our presence across Asia, we are delighted to partner with Liang Gallery—one of Taiwan's leading modern art galleries, with a distinguished 33-year legacy—on Mirror Straits, a joint exhibition opening in Taipei this September, followed by our debut presentation at ART TAIPEI 2026 in October.

We warmly welcome you to our Taipei Send-Off Preview, featuring a dynamic selection of works by our artists participating in both Mirror Straits and ART TAIPEI 2026. On view at artcommune gallery from 22 July to 2 August, this presentation offers a rare opportunity to encounter these works before they journey to Taiwan.

1️⃣ Mirror Straits

Following its Singapore debut, this landmark joint exhibition tracing parallel trajectories in modern art makes its expanded Taipei debut at Liang Gallery from 12 September – 18 October 2026 , featuring Singapore artists Chen Wen Hsi, Cheong Soo Pieng, Tan Choh Tee, and Wong Keen.

2️⃣ ART TAIPEI 2026

Marking artcommune gallery's inaugural participation at ART TAIPEI 2026 from 30 October – 2 November 2026 , this intergenerational presentation showcases works by Singapore artists Cheong Soo Pieng, Wong Keen, Boo Sze Yang, Nathan Yong, and Tam Kwan Yuen.
