Synopsis:
Tales from the Bull and the Tiger; Stories on Shiva and Shakti is a spellbinding mega Indian classical dance production.
It is conceptualised, choreographed and directed by the celebrated dance maestro Padmashri Dr Ananada Shankar Jayant. Presented by Soorya (Singapore).
The production tells the stories of the Godly couple Lord Mahadeva Shiva and Devi Parvati through the eyes of their vahanas ( vehicles) , Nandi (Bull) and Simha (Tiger).
The dance production is in Bharathanatyam and Kuchupudi stlyes with 16 dancers.
It is a critically acclaimed production known for its excellent choreography, artistic brilliance and visual aesthetics.
Dr Ananda , the lead dancer is also a much sought after TED speaker who gives motivational talks.
