Synopsis:

While some may regard street art – or murals – as Instagrammable art pieces, not many would take the time to learn about the stories behind them. What can murals tell us about Singapore's history? Do you know what the first known mural in Singapore is? Join Associate Librarian Rebecca Tan as she dives into resources such as the National Library's collection, PictureSG and NewspaperSG to share more about creative murals in Singapore.
