Synopsis:

Narrative Frames is a mentorship programme which is part of PRESSPLAY 2017, the National Library Board's (NLB) annual arts festival for youths and young adults. Narrative Frames combines writing and performing spoken word with the technical and practical ability of making an accompanying video. There are opportunities for the final product to be screened at LASTPLAY, PRESSPLAY's closing event on March 2017. Participants should have some basic knowledge of poetic forms and also have an interest in visual representations of text. No prior experience in video editing is required.

Participants should own a smart phone with HD video capability. A video-capable DSLR or mirrorless camera is preferred.
