Synopsis:
During the Turkish Ottoman period (14th to 19th century), floral and other biomorphic motifs inspired by nature appeared in manuscripts, ornate furniture, textiles, and ceramics. In this introductory session for beginners, participants will be provided with a pre-drawn motif on a A5 Size 300gsm watercolour paper.
Artist Swati Palekar will guide participants on painting techniques using gouache paints.
