Synopsis:

The Gregorian chant, which originated in Rome in the 7th century, is considered to be one of the oldest manifestations of Western music and the first of its kind to evolve musical notation into what we have today. Join Singapore's only Gregorian chant group in a contemplative morning of time- and season-specific chants comprising responsories, hymns, matins and lauds, and psalms appointed for this particular Saturday and the Octave of Easter (the eight-day period that starts on Easter Sunday and runs until the following Sunday).
